Group RCI has grown exponentially since its founding 35 years ago, becoming a global leader in the vacation exchange and vacation rental industry with approximately 3.6 million members around the world, and over 60,000 places to vacation. While many things have changed, the values we consider the heart and soul of the company have remained intact since our first office opened in Virginia, USA in 1974.
