Christel House

Christel DeHaan embraces a Christel House student.

At Group RCI, we have chosen Christel House International as our charity of choice. Our ties to Christel House were established by Christel DeHaan, who was one of the original co-founders of RCI in 1974. After creating the largest timeshare company in the world, she went on to found Christel House International. We strongly believe in the mission of the foundation, and take great pride in knowing that through our support we are helping to transform the lives of deserving children around the world.

Christel House works with 2,700 poverty-stricken children, going far beyond supplying basic survival needs. They give the children health care, education opportunities, counseling, positive role models, job placement assistance and community outreach programs. The goal is to mold self-sufficient, contributing members of society.

Christel House and Group RCI share the belief that progress occurs one child at a time. Group RCI associates are perpetually helping Christel House with its mission through fundraisers, donations, and volunteer hours. New events are added to the corporate calendar on a regular basis to benefit this worthwhile charity.
