Gordon Gurnik

President, North America
Group RCI

Gordon Gurnik is President, North America for Group RCI, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation and the global leader in vacation exchange and European rentals with exclusive access for specified periods to more than 67,000 vacation properties around the world.

He is responsible for all Group RCI North America operations, as well as global product development and e-commerce.

Gurnik, a long-term veteran of RCI, joined the company in 1987. He has served in various roles during his tenure, including the development of RCI’s first call volume, scheduling and staffing workflow department. Gurnik then moved on to develop RCI’s revenue management area developing the company’s inventory valuation and exchange priority systems.

Through the years, he has been instrumental in advancing the company’s products including development of RCI Points® Program, the largest points-based exchange system, and The Registry Collection, the platform for providing flexibility and exchange services to the luxury segment.  He has consulted on the development and implementation of most of the shared ownership clubs and has facilitated the majority of the brands launched into the timeshare sector.
