Faye Tylee

Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources
Group RCI

Faye Tylee is Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources for Group RCI, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, and the global leader in vacation exchange and European rentals with exclusive access for specified periods to more than 67,000 vacation properties around the world. In this role, Tylee focuses on defining Group RCI’s HR strategy, including its ability to acquire, develop, and retain talent.

Tylee began her career with RCI in June 2000 as Director of Human Resources for RCI’s U.K. operations.  Throughout her tenure, she has held various HR roles within different areas of the business.  She spent three months on international assignment for RCI Asia Pacific, located in Australia, before relocating to RCI’s Parsippany headquarters in 2003 to serve as Director, Human Resources for Hotel Dynamics.  In addition, Tylee was responsible for overseeing the HR functions for Group RCI’s North America and global operations, as Vice President of Human Resources.

Prior to joining RCI, Tylee held various Human Resources positions for Electrocomponents plc, (FTSE 100 Company) a high service electronic, electrical and industrial distributor in the UK. 

Tylee holds a degree is Human Resource Management, from Northampton University, along with being a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
