Jonathan Back

Group RCI

Jonathan Back is Managing Director of Group RCI UK and RCI EMEA and India. Group RCI, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, is the global leader in vacation exchange and European rentals with exclusive access for specified periods to more than 67,000 vacation properties around the world.

Back joined Group RCI in March 2008 from Picture Financial Group, a leading mortgage specialist, where he was a Board Director and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Back was responsible for the strategic development of the business with particular focus on corporate financing, sales and marketing, customer service and risk management.

Prior to this role, Back spent 13 years with MBNA Europe, where he was an Executive Group Director and played a major role in the launch and development of one of the UK’s leading financial services companies. He led the company’s activities in Business Development, Marketing, Product Development, M&A, Consumer Finance and Insurance. His primary functional focus was on sales, marketing and customer satisfaction.

Back brings a breadth of business development, operational and marketing skills to his new role within Group RCI, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
