Charisse Cox

Managing Director, Pacific

Charisse Cox is Managing Director for the Pacific region of Group RCI, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, and the global leader in vacation exchange and European rentals with exclusive access for specified periods to more than 67,000 vacation properties around the world. She is responsible for leading Group RCI’s business in the Pacific region and will be based in the Gold Coast, Australia office.

Cox joined RCI in 1986 and has held various leadership roles within the company, including Business Development Leader and Key Client Manager, for which she was responsible for managing RCI’s relationships with key affiliates in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, as well as actively seeking out and assisting new timeshare participants.

During her twenty year tenure with RCI, Cox has led numerous initiatives to help grow the Pacific region of the company. The long-term relationships she has built over the years, combined with her understanding and knowledge of the industry, have greatly enhanced RCI’s profile in the Pacific timeshare community.

Cox was a member of the original Steering Committee for the formation of the Australian Timeshare and Holiday Ownership Council (ATHOC), and now serves as a Board Member. She has held a position on the New Zealand Holiday Ownership Council for over 10 years and was recently elected as Vice-President. She was also a Board Member of the Fiji Timeshare Association. In 2007, she was awarded the NZHOC Recognition Award in appreciation for 20 years dedicated service to the timeshare industry, and in 2008, she received the FIJI Timeshare Recognition Award.

Charisse is a keen golf player and has a passion for traveling.
