Gail Mandel

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Gail Mandel is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Wyndham Exchange and Rentals, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation and the global leader in vacation exchange and European rentals with exclusive access for specified periods to more than 73,000 vacation properties around the world. Mandel is responsible for the financial reporting and accounting, strategic planning and internal controls for the Exchange & Rentals subsidiary.

Prior to her appointment to the Exchange and Rentals subsidiary, Mandel served as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis for Wyndham Worldwide, where she was responsible for managing the budget and forecast processes. Prior to that, Mandel was the Senior Vice President and Division Controller for Cendant Corporation, where she was responsible for supporting the company’s Hospitality Division Chairman and Chief Accounting Officer, relating to accounting, planning and forecasting. Mandel previously held various roles at Cendant and its predecessor company, HFS Incorporated, including Corporate Controller of the relocation subsidiary and Director of Corporate Audit.

Mandel started her career in the financial industry at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Auditor.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
